We are looking for a well-organized and efficient person to support our sales team, assist with marketing promotions, and work as a Customer Support Executive. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service, answer questions quickly, and keep customers happy.

• Prepare and send offers and quotes to clients.
• Follow up with customers about their orders.
• Keep reports and client information up to date.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for dispatches.
• Send dispatch details to clients.
• Work with transporters to ensure deliveries.
• Find potential clients and generate sales leads through emails and phone calls.
• Handle tasks related to exhibitions.
• Respond to customer queries and provide needed information.
• Assist with digital marketing and work with the social media design agency for marketing activities.
• Send bulk emails or letters to promote company products to potential customers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good team player with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, content writing, or graphic designing is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Graduation.
• Any additional relevant degree is a plus.
Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
