Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules and appointments for the sales team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and client meetings.
• Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and update customer information in the database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide administrative support, such as drafting sales reports, preparing proposals, and handling correspondence.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments as necessary.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office(Excel)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
