Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as order processing, contract management, and sales reporting.
• Coordinate sales meetings, prepare presentations, and compile sales data as needed.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer queries to ensure prompt resolution.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
• Prepare regular reports on customer support metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and sales operations.
• Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
