Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating meetings with clients.
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurately entered into the company's database.
• Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Assist in managing customer accounts, providing support in maintaining long-term relationships.
3. Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on sales performance, targets, and customer feedback.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies based on data insights.
5. Administrative Duties:
• Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents and records.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales order processing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
