Designation : Sales Co-ordinator/ Customer Service Executive (Nariman Point)
Role & responsibilities
• Sending quotations & processing orders.
• Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.
• Coordinate samples delivery for customers.
• Effectively making and managing documentation for
• customers and suppliers for logistics.
• Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
Tender Submission within deadlines and forecasting monthly
tender sales target, Payment collection, Analysis rejected bid.
Tender amount payment and collection as per due date. (EMD, SD & PBG)
Worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.
Prepare monthly statement of tender submission, Tender chance list, Tender
payment follow up.
Preferred candidate profile
• Graduate (B.com preferred) Knowledge of import/export process and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sales force. Google Groups, and related technology.
• Working knowledge of Tally is Must
• Tender processing knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Must have 4 to 5 years' experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.

Office Timings: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.
Saturday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (Alternate Saturdays Off.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
