Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for tele-calling, managing the after-sales process, and promoting products through call campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tele-calling activities to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

Assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about products and services.

Manage and coordinate the after-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.

Conduct promotional call campaigns to introduce new products and offers to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer engagement and retention.

Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager on the status of sales activities and customer feedback.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).

Previous experience in a tele-calling or sales coordination role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
