Communicate and provide updated/relevant Sales & Outstanding reports -daily, weekly, monthly of pan India customers
Create order entry calendar for follow up
Manage order processing from order to material receipt at customer end.
Conference calls to review daily reports with sales team
Provide necessary selling tools for Market appointments
Support Head Office and team of Sales Heads on administrative duties like coordinating meetings, travel schedule and general organization
Prepare, generate and manage reports used by management for pipeline, revenue forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
Create communication / presentations by using revenue/pricing data to update sales team
Qualifications for sales coordinator
Minimum of 3 to 5 solid years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Coordinator role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support a wide range of individuals and situations including planning team events/activities other situations which require discretion
Assessing sensitivity and/or confidentiality of matters and latitude for discretion
This individual must have a working knowledge of handling B2B & B2C sales
Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and an intimate knowledge of the internet, social media, google maps etc\xe2\x80\xa6.
Time Management Skills
The ability to manage shifting priorities.
Graduate with MIS skills ( Pivot Table for analysis of sales ,product wise, region wise , customer wise).
