Overview: As a Sales Coordinator specializing in electrical instruments, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in promoting and selling electrical instrumentation products and solutions. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical instruments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment .Female candidate only Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate Sales Activities: Assist the sales team in identifying and targeting potential customers for electrical instrumentation products. Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with clients. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and pricing 2. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers regarding electrical instruments. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase product features and benefits. Address technical inquiries and resolve customer issues related to product performance or functionality. Stay updated on new product releases, upgrades, and industry trends in electrical instrumentation. 3 .Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships. Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions to meet their requirements. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchased products and services. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. 4. Sales Support: Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets for electrical instruments. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for product development and market expansion. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for electrical instrumentation products. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales or technical support roles within the electrical instrumentation industry. . Female Candidates only Strong knowledge of electrical instruments, including sensors, meters, analyzers, and Gear Boxes . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
