: Join our dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator, playing a vital role in supporting our sales operations and enhancing client relationships.Responsibilities:
  • Need to oversees the performance and efficiency levels of Sales Representatives.
  • Have to set goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools.
  • Have to coordinate with Sale team and monitoring their performance.
  • Provide crucial support to the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issues, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, preparing accurate sales reports and analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and follow-ups with customers and prospects.
  • Set goals and quotas for sales teams, create training schedules, and maintain inventory of sales presentation tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and monitor their performance.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team and maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
