An expert in auto clean kitchen chimneys, Ventair is a style statement. JOB ROLE: Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested 1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and sales representatives.
2. Order Processing:
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
3. Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate sales updates and information to the relevant stakeholders.
4. Sales Support:
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports.
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer profiles.
5. Schedule Management:
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage calendars and schedules to optimize the efficiency of the sales team.
6. Customer Service:
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
7. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to track and manage stock.
8. Data Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights to the sales team.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
9. Training and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Provide training on sales processes and systems.
10. Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions.
11. Technology Proficiency:
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant tools to manage sales-related data.
12. Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve issues related to sales processes, orders, and customer inquiries.
Overall, the Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently, and customer needs are met effectively.
