The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This position involves both administrative and customer service duties, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Handle inquiries from clients, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events.
• Order Processing
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments such as inventory, shipping, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor order status and update clients as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain customer records using CRM software.
• Handle client complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products or services.
• Data Management
• Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for the sales team and management.
• Monitor sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
• Update pricing, product, and promotional details as required.
• Team Collaboration
• Serve as a point of communication between the sales team and other departments.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing sales-related documents or managing travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
