Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Sales)

Salary: Starting at ?15,000; after 3 months, increased to ?20,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client interactions, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi and will be able to handle tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage client inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Communicate with customers to provide information on products, pricing, and availability
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and transaction history
• Ensure timely processing of orders and coordinate with other departments to facilitate order fulfillment
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and resolving any client-related issues

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel)
