Assist tele calling of leads generated for clients whenever support required.

Prepare quotations and follow up quoted clients or remind Sales in case of field visit

Arrange product display in co ordination with vendor staff(volte) / Samples/ information

Ensure billing of closed leads or Quotation of generated leads

Expected delivery/fitting of billed material on Committed time line

Shedule fitting schedule for mainternance materials.

Should have stock idea from or time of expected delivery from vendor to update expected delivery /billing to Sales or Coordinate with vendor for not known products

Act as Catalyst/support to enhance Sales .

Branch

Support to Branch to Track Deliverables like Sales /leads / confirmed billing/delivery

Arrange in alignment with vendor for samples/information/presentations

Operations

Act as Link between accounts/vendor and Team

Track Committed fitting vs Scheduled Fitting

Get rate and material information from vendor before quotation generation

Track billing of closed sales and not billed stock items and expected billing of not billed item and update

Track or take sold material fitting confirmation of each client from vendor and maintain data.

Maintain and Track Warrantee information and Coordinate warrantee.

Follow sales materialization /Fitting/Billing /delivery Vs Closed sale and Publish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
