We have an opportunity for Regional CSA IB at Connectwell Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Dombivli
Qualification: Graduate
:
• Account, opportunity, CG, DL and quotation creation in CRM
• Order Processing coordination with customer, sales team and CSA
• Cross verification of customer PO vs AO and submission of Ao to customer
• Material availability status coordination with planner and CSA
• Complaint booking in CRM
• Coordination with CSA and dispatch team for dispatch schedule of material
• Sharing of outstanding payment statement with customer and follow-up for payment.
• Raising sample request in CRM and coordination for Sample Dispatch
• Completion of order cancellation process and filling order cancellation form
• Reply to customer queries with desired details.
