Profile- Sales Coordinator / Inside sales representative Location- NSP , New Delhi Experience- 1 years Ctc-upto 6 lpa (Depends on interview) Working Days- 6 days Overall Responsibility Coordination & Handling key existing accounts To organize, direct and control sales backend activities for the verticals assigned To achieve medium and short term commercial results as expressed in volumes and value of business. Coordination with Team & Order execution Key Tasks and Responsibilities 1. Within the Sales & Marketing strategy plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control all managerial activities related to the business (sales, sales support, organization, marketing, logistics, product demonstrations/ trainings) in order to achieve the short and long term commercial objectives while complying with laws, rules and regulations: 2. Actively participate in developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships 3. Assure continuous up-to-date knowledge in own field and act as advisor (make interpretations, support other management functions) 4. Ensure that own proposals for market and product development are acted upon in due time 5. Produce timely and accurate reports of the segment as appropriate The position is based in NSP, New Delhi and would require travel as and when required Skills and Attributes (relating to above Key Task and Responsibilities receptively) 1. Good Presentation Skills 2. Ability to set and Achieve appropriate sales targets 3. Quality and Professionalism of Customer Relationships 4. Clarity, timeliness & follow-up of objective setting 5. Timeliness and accuracy of reports 6. Strong skills in Inside Sales 7. Excellent communication and customer service skills 8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 10. Strong organizational and time management skills 11. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience Requirement
  • Full university degree (BE degree an added advantage), fluent in English & Hindi
  • At least 1 years of marketing and sales experience.
  • Is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Cohesive team-player, proactive thinker and initiative taker
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
