We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Liaison/Coordinator to streamline coordination between the sales team and other departments, while also supporting client engagement and driving deal closures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, onboarding, sales meeting facilitation, client handling, and coordination of team handovers to ensure a seamless sales workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Training
Coordinate training sessions and resources for the sales team.
Work with team leads to identify training gaps and plan skill enhancement activities.
Track participation and maintain training documentation.

2. Team Onboarding
Manage onboarding for new sales team members in collaboration with HR and Admin.
Provide orientation on internal tools, sales protocols, and performance expectations.
Ensure all onboarding checklists are completed on time.

3. Sales Team Handover
Act as a coordination bridge between the sales team and the operations/product teams.
Ensure accurate and timely handover of leads or cases, based on the nature of the query.
Follow up until resolution to ensure a smooth experience for clients and internal teams.

4. Sales Meeting Coordination
Organize and conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings.
Draft meeting agendas, prepare data/reports, and circulate minutes post-meeting.
Follow up on action items and track progress across the team.

5. Cross-functional Communication
Liaise with internal departments to resolve sales team queries and support escalations.
Ensure timely communication of policy or process changes to the sales team.

6. Client Interaction Deal Closure
Handle client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Assist the sales team with follow-ups and negotiations.
Take ownership of specific leads and drive them to closure.

7. Reporting Updates
Maintain trackers for onboarding, handovers, and training sessions.
Provide regular updates to management on task status, escalations, and key metrics.

Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or business development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong client-handling skills and the ability to confidently close deals.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work cross-functionally.
