Role : Sales Coordinator

Experience : 2+ years

Location : Faridabad, Near NHPC Chowk Metro Station

Education : Bachelor's/Master's Degree

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails
• Collaborate with the sales team to support them in the sales cycle and follow up with customers
• Gather feedback from customers and loop back information to the sales team.
• Develop and maintain file systems to keep sales records and run reports
• Answer questions of customers and prospects
• Co-ordinate with operations and sales department to effectively service customers
• Collect and analyze data to target new sales
• Track goals and quotas for the entire sales team
• Collaborate with other teams to increase sales

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Two or more years of experience as a sales coordinator or in sales administration
• Computer literacy
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, follow up, and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
