We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will act as a bridge between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage and track client inquiries.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Handle customer communication regarding order status, queries, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client details.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets by providing timely updates and feedback.
• Liaise with internal teams for production and dispatch coordination.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Graduate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
