Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, inquiries, and product information related to products.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and
shipments.
• Manage customer accounts, including maintaining records, updating databases, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure product availability and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market presence and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of explosive chemical products and related safety regulations is highly
desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
