Sales Coordinator
Job Description
:
Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating
Management of dealer orders and maintaining an open line of communication with customers in order to ensure the expected level of service.
Coordinate with Planning, logistics, Accounts and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Implement inventory control measures and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. Work closely with production teams to develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts.
Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory transactions, order status, and generate reports for management review
Monitoring stock and inventory levels of key customers and providing early warning of impending stock out situations including reporting significant issues to management team.
Order Booking (Exports and Domestic), Co Ordination with Sales team and production team, Dispatch team, to ensure finished goods Qty.
Monitor Container dispatched properly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
