Technical Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and propose tailored manufacturing solutions to meet their needs.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing products and services, including their features, functionalities, and applications, to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site visits.
Solution Development: Work closely with clients to assess their manufacturing challenges and requirements, and provide customized solutions that address their specific needs and deliver value.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and increase sales revenue within the manufacturing sector.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM software to track sales performance, monitor progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, and provide valuable insights for product development and improvement.
Preparing Quotes, Proforma Invoices and Internal processing orders.
Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities including follow-up\'s calling/ Email, Cold Calling B2B, Scheduling Meetings for Field Sales Person, Email marketing etc
must have good communication skills
Qualifications:
B-Tech, Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of success in technical sales roles within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Previous experience in solution selling or consultative sales approaches.
