Sales Coordinator YOURE ROLE Do you have the ability and the willingness to serve and deliver to all our customers with a lot of passion Can you look outside a box and see you are an important part of the complete freight forwarding chain and do you have the social skills to work and communicate with a team Well, you may be the Sales Coordinator, we are looking for. You will be collecting and maintaining the data from the competition and market developments and have to develop and maintain the service with internal and external service. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO Support Sales from timely to analysis and completion for pricing proposals for multi-million dollar business RFQs for air, ocean and ground. Support Sales team for the implementation, maintenance and coordination of cost models and pricing/bid processes across the region. Support Sales Team to coordinate and involve the solution and pricing specialist to obtain adequate information required to respond to RFIs and RFQs. Participation in customer e-auctions. Conduct, participate and document all solution and pricing conference calls. Support Sales in required reporting. Collect and maintain data from competition and market developments. Support Sales Team in implementing, assigning and training sales guys to implement won business projects. Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Information Technology, Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. Those with strong freight knowledge background and work experience. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers. PC Literate Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), internet, web-based and job specific related software applications. Advancedsoftwareskills, in particular for spreadsheet, visio applications, graphics softwareor powerpoint.
