RESPONSIBILITIES

-Experience in Tally

- Making Invoice, E-Way bill, Delivery Challan.

-Experience of Export Documentations For example, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, Packing List, Etc...

- Receive and process customer orders accurately, including verifying product specifications and pricing.

- Monitor order status and update customers on any potential delays.

- Prepare detailed quotations for potential customers based on product specifications and pricing guidelines.

- To ensure timely delivery of machines, coordinating shipping arrangements and documentation.

- Resolve any shipping issues and customer complaints related to delivery.

- Maintain accurate customer records , including contact information, order history, and sales opportunities.

- Filling works should be in proper way.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
