Sales Coordinator - Garments and Apparel Industry

•Location:• Raipur-Ahmedabad

•Reports to:• Director

•Job Summary:•

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. They will be responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, coordinating with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.

•Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Order Management:•

- Process sales orders accurately and timely.

- Verify order details, availability, and pricing.

- Track and manage order status from inception to delivery.

2. •Customer Service:•

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.

- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.

4. •Inventory and Logistics Coordination:•

- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

- Liaise with logistics partners to resolve any shipping issues.

5. •Market Research and Analysis:•

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.

6. •Sales Strategy Implementation:•

- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

7. •Product Knowledge:•

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

8. •Team Collaboration:•

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans.

•Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the garments and apparel industry.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Customer-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics is a plus.
