Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Location : 1007C, PNTC, Times Of India Press Road, Prahaladnagar,Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Reporting To : Sales Manager/Founder

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and coordinating sales activities at Opus Battery. They will assist in managing relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients while ensuring smooth communication and operations between the sales team and internal departments. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities : Sales Support :

• Assist in managing sales leads from B2B platforms, social media, and direct inquiries.
• Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors to process orders efficiently.
• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries, providing detailed product information and resolving issues.

Administrative Tasks :

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking progress against targets.
• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, follow-ups, and dealer calls.
• Handle documentation related to orders, invoices, and dealer agreements.

Communication & Collaboration :

• Act as the primary point of contact between dealers and the company for routine queries.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work closely with marketing teams for promotional materials and campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Feedback :

• Monitor sales targets and assist the sales team in strategizing to achieve goals.
• Gather feedback from dealers and customers, presenting insights to management.

Other Responsibilities :

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Provide training and guidance to new dealers on company products and services.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or dealer meets, as required.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with B2B platforms and CRM software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
