We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales processes. Strong English communication skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, the sales team, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
• Generate leads from online sales portals and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices (PI), and follow up on payments.
• Create and maintain MIS reports and other sales documentation.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure timely collection of outstanding
Requirements:
• Education: Any graduate (B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA, BBA, B.Tech).
• Experience: 1-2.5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.
• Skills: Excellent English communication (written & verbal), strong in Excel and reporting.
