Job description
1. Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with daily activities, providing administrative and organizational support.
• Coordinate sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client visits.
• Manage and update sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
2. Order Processing:
• Process sales orders by coordinating with the sales team, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or issues.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving any issues or forwarding to the appropriate department.
• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Reports and Analytics:
• Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for the sales team and management.
• Track sales performance against targets, preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales reports.
• Identify trends and suggest ways to improve sales performance.
5. Inventory Management:
• Coordinate with inventory control to ensure that stock levels meet sales demands.
• Monitor inventory for sales-related issues, such as low stock, and liaise with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Handle any product-related issues, returns, or exchanges.
6. Coordination with Other Departments:
• Liaise between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the production or procurement department to ensure product availability.
• Assist in aligning sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product launches.
7. Sales Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure that all sales-related documents are complete, accurate, and stored securely.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and quotations for clients, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding sales operations.
8. Sales Team Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for the sales team, providing regular updates on targets, orders, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives and customers.
• Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense reporting for sales staff.
9. Client Coordination:
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, payment issues, or additional inquiries.
• Help coordinate post-sales support, such as warranty services or follow-up on product performance.
• Assist with customer onboarding for new clients.
10. Training and Development:
• Help train new sales team members in administrative tasks and CRM software.
• Provide ongoing support for sales personnel regarding operational tasks and product knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
