Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and organized sales co-ordinator to join our team. As the sales coordinator,

you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of communicating with

customers / end users. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including

communication internally with your team members, between the sales team's managers. Your

attention to detail, calling to the customer, creating sales details and ability to track sale to deliver

the device. Also, you need to gain knowledge of biometric standard devices which will help you to

communicate with customer (confirming device type / identify the correct device).

Responsibilities:

? Sales Support

? Order Tracking and Follow up

? Customer Queries : ensuring to attending the customer queries and provide then

details.

? Regular update about the products sell through commercial applications and their

prices.

? Whatever lacking is their in sales from company's side, need to fulfill that.

? Having eye of every new product must upload on website with its details.

? Documentation

? Sales data analysis

? Weekly / monthly Reports.

? Team Co-ordination

? Communicate between internal teams for the sales query.

? Sales Meeting schedule

Skills :

1. Fluent Communication.

2. Handle the customers with ease.

3. Knowledge of commercial applications used for company's product and updates.

4. To convince customers how our product is best suitable for them.

5. Stay updated about the products, variants and their prices.

6. Working on increase sales from the company's official website

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,265.85 - ?20,000.00 per month
