Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and relationships.
- Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team's day-to-day activities.
2. Client Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests.
3. Order Processing:
- Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Maintain records of sales orders and client interactions.
4. Sales Data and Reporting:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales data.
- Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance.
- Provide data and reports to the sales team as needed.
5. Sales Meetings and Events:
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials.
- Ensure seamless logistics for off-site client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
