Handle query and solve on the Solar rooftop portal.
Handle ERP Software for Solar products.
Handle Dealer Network.
Make Dealer Sheet & Commission Sheet for Dealer
Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
Generate quotes and SOW for prospective client work.
Review client scope of work, and use our estimator to create budget, pricing, and proposal.
Handing off contracted projects to the engineering team.
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues.
Assist with updates and changes to any SOW.
Arrange appointments with the client\xe2\x80\x99s key decision-makers and sales team.
Provide the sales team with data reports to make necessary business decisions.
Quotation generation and emailing
Marketing Collateral printing and tracking
Couriering of collateral and tracking
information to sales managers for dispatch tracking
Performs other duties as assigned.
