The Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact for new potential clients, responsible for managing inquiries, sending proposals, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in cold calling and identifying new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and send proposals to potential clients.
• Pass relevant information and leads to the sales team.
• Act as the initial point of contact for new potential clients.
• Perform cold calling to generate new sales leads.
• Identify and figure out new points of sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Handle any administrative tasks related to the sales process.

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverages industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
