• Coordinate and manage export sales activities, including order processing, shipment tracking, and customer communication.
• Liaise with international clients to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation and handle logistics coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers in the export market.
• Provide support in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to export orders.
• Monitor and report on export sales performance and trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in export regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

• BCA, MCA, BCOM, MCOM, or MBA with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales coordination or export management.
• Knowledge of interior products for export is preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in preparing export documentation and managing logistics is a plus.
