Job Title - Sales Coordinator (Female)
Experience - 1-5 years
Skills Required -:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Sales, Coordination Skills, Team Coordination, Negotiation Skills
Work Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation Site Visits.
Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets.
Cold call, email, and message customers to generate leads, and arrange site visits.
Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation.
Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders.
Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes.
Develop relationships with clients, to increase performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
