Job Description

Job responsibilities:

? Make and provide support to the sales team in terms of preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

? Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure adequate stock availability for sales.

? Follow up with clients for regular work (K.I.T) with a minimum of 30 outgoing self-calls daily, excluding payment follow-ups, and document these in the Daily Sales Report (DSR). Conduct WhatsApp marketing daily.

? Fill daily, weekly, and monthly customer logs (CL) along with all FMS and DSR reports, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

? Maintain data and follow up on sales leads on a daily basis from each Sales Executive (SE) and Field Sales Executive (FSE).

? Maintain monthly sales plans with a detailed customer list for each series from each SE and FSE.

? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues within 2 working days through urban company and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.

? Monitor payment collections and ensure timely collection of payments from clients, updating daily reports and diaries accordingly.

? Send builty by WhatsApp to customers daily, send courier daily, and maintain a tracking report on Google Drive.

? Maintain and report on the average sales value per client per month for each SE and FSE with the help of the PC, MIS, and accountant.

Skills and qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

? Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Excellent organizational and time management skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

? Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
