Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Provide necessary information and support to help sales representatives meet their targets.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and resolve customer concerns. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Order Processing:

Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with various departments such as inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Sales Data Management:

Maintain and update sales and customer records in the database. Analyze sales data to generate reports, track sales trends, and provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.

Quotation and Pricing:

Prepare price quotes, negotiate terms with customers within established guidelines, and follow up on quotations to secure sales opportunities.

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and appointments. Ensure that sales representatives have the necessary materials and information for meetings and presentations.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all documents are accurate, filed correctly, and easily accessible for reference.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock shortages. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are available for timely delivery.

Sales Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives. Provide feedback from customers to aid in the development of new products or services.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls and emails.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus). Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of sales techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
