Position: Sales Coordinator.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Manage communication between field sales representatives, distributors, doctors, and the head office.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation.

Assist in order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients or distributors.

Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective coordination, proper doctor visit and planning.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Science Graduate).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
