Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth operations in the sales department. The role involves handling various administrative and coordination tasks to streamline communication between sales, production, and other departments. The Sales Coordinator will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain sales records to enhance customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with production, inventory, and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor the status of ongoing orders and provide customers with regular updates.

2. Sales Support:

Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information on product specifications, availability, and pricing.

Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

3. Coordination and Communication:

Liaise between the sales team, production, inventory, and logistics to ensure seamless communication.

Organize and maintain sales records, prepare regular reports on sales activities, and track performance metrics.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability for customer orders.

Collaborate with the inventory team to anticipate demand and recommend stock replenishments.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain and update sales databases, including customer information, sales forecasts, and monthly sales summaries.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the sales manager and senior management.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage and organize all sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audit purposes.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing high-quality service.

Engage in post-sale follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM and ERP software.

4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

6. Customer Service: A proactive approach to customer service with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
