Job Position - Sales Co-Ordinator (Female, 3-5 Yrs Exp)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closures.

Manage sales database, track sales performance, and provide insights.

Assist in proposal preparation, quotation, and contract management.

Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Provide sales support for product demonstrations, events, and trade shows.

Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and technical).

Generates reports regarding the status of the department.

Manage departmental budgets.

Hires and trains new employees.

Manage customer enquiries and ensure timely responses and also maintain customer relations and satisfaction.

The individual must be adaptable to new environments, a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales coordination or related experience
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
