Job Description

Required Qualification: Graduation in any stream
Experience: 2 to 3 Yeas in respective field

Understanding the product details to effectively communicate with potential clients Reaching out to potential clients to explain the benefits and features of a company's products Responding to inquiries from potential clients Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Recording all call information according to standard operating procedures Following up on initial contacts and building a pipeline of prospective leads Meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential for new products and services Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality service
