Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Sales Head to address inactive client leads and new business development (NBD) incoming leads.
• Focus on primary clients in the Vanaspati category.
• Manage secondary client leads.
• Follow up on non-converted client leads to ensure potential sales opportunities are maximized.
• Arrange for welcome gifts to be sent to new primary clients.
• Monitor and follow up on the active leads sheet in collaboration.
• Handle and follow up on all online enquiries to ensure timely responses and potential lead conversions.
• Provide insights and potential solutions to improve conversion rates.
• Submit online follow-up reports and order reports to the Director regularly.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
