Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.

3. Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Create proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

4. Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

5. Reporting and Metrics:

Track and report on business development metrics

Provide regular updates to reporting manager on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred 1+ years' experience).

? Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.

Skills:

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
