Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships; handle complaints.
• Salary preparation of employees with Excel
• Prepare sales reports, manage documentation, and update databases.
• Schedule meetings, monitor sales targets, and support team efforts.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in developing sales strategies.

Skills

• Customer Co Ordination
• Payroll in Excel
• Ensure Daily Customer mail reply
• Ensure PO booking with right information's
• Co Ordination with Planning and Marketing Team
• Email written communication.
• Good in written Communication.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
