• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales coordination, export operations, or a related role with Pharma Machineries/ Capital goods equipment.
Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator (Export) is responsible for supporting the sales team in managing and coordinating export activities. This role involves handling order processing, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining communication with clients and logistics partners. The Sales Coordinator (Export) plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of export sales operations. This role involves working closely with various departments, including Production, Customers, Administration, Purchase and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management:
• Process export sales orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, and finance) to ensure order fulfilment.
• Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding order status, shipping details, and any issues.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular updates to clients on order progress and expected delivery dates.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Ensure all export activities comply with relevant international trade regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Work closely with logistics partners to arrange transportation and shipping of goods.
• Monitor shipment progress and handle any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to export logistics and order fulfilment.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations for international clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and market trends to support the sales process.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and trade shows relevant to export markets.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of export sales orders, customer interactions, and shipping details.
• Generate and analyse reports related to export sales performance, order status, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline export processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement best practices and process improvements in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of export procedures and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales and export management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM system.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
