1-Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by interacting on phone, email and other official media (WhatsApp etc.).
2-Study and review customer buying records and the requirements in view of their consumption and production plan capacities.
3-Regular communication with existing customers with a view to resolving their queries and concerns or complaints if any in a timeframe.
4-Provide customer feedback with the management for improvement scope and quality assurance.
