Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling Clients' E-Bidding Portal - Live Bidding & Time bound quotation submission

Procuring rates from shipping agencies and pricing desk

Submitting Daily RFQs and follow up on sales leads and business closures

Monitoring Day to Day operations after nominations

Approving cost sheet and monitoring timely Billing / BL Release.

Maintaining various MIS report - Enquiry Reports, Booking Reports, Clients DSR

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

? Graduate in any stream

? Min 4-5 years' experience in freight forwarding and the logistics industry

Language & IT Proficiency:

? Proficient in the English language (Written and Verbal communications)

? Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.

? Knowledge of MS - Office (Excel)
