We, at Mundhra Masterbatch, have been supplying the plastics processing industry with colour masterbatches, additive masterbatches and combination masterbatches for almost 7 decades.

*Coordinate with the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.

Coordinating

sales

team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Responsible for Coordinating sales-related details, taking Inquires, preparation of quotation, proforma invoice, orders etc
To provide sales administrative support to the field/marketing staff
Tracking sales progress and Maintaining Department Database Records
Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the client in case of any query.
Knowledge to make Eway bill.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-

sales

support when requested.
Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Should have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation.

Key Skills

Graduate possessing good knowledge of MS- Office.Tally & CRM Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.

year (Proven experience in sales Coordinator Role in Manufacturing Industry.
