Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Process customer inquiries and orders accurately in the system. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments for restocking as needed. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, order history, and feedback. Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide support during and after the sales process. Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify trends. Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, and appointments. Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns. Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection. Communicate with technical teams to address customer-specific requirements.

Maintain proper documentation of all sales-related activities. Handle correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
