We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our automation products and services.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will streamline operations, ensure clear communication between stakeholders, and handle essential sales-related administrative tasks. The role demands excellent organizational skills, customer relationship management, and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales personnel, production, and logistics teams.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including payment follow-ups.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports to support smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and client communication.
• Follow-up with Production & Logistic team regarding dispatch.
• Direct report to the Director.
• Support to Sales Team.
• Handling the shipment status by Air, Train and Surface.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Track backorders and provide customers with updates on delivery timelines.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, delivery, or billing in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and Zoho application.
• Must have 3-4 years of experience in CRM and sales coordination in Sales, Purchase, Logistic and Dispatch in Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills :
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and related CRM tools.
• Team handling and role delegation experience.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and client relationship management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
