Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the Sports Nutrition industry. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating orders, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your expertise in the sports nutrition market will help streamline sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain the sales database, track activities, and generate reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and manage communication.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support forecasting and strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to drive sales initiatives.
• Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and compliant.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Key Skills :

• Knowledge of the sports nutrition market and trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Sports Nutrition industry.

Working days: 6 days work from office

Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
