Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Prepare and maintain sales orders, sales contracts, and quotations.
Order Processing & Coordination:
Coordinate the processing of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Follow up with clients to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Customer Interaction:
Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing customer inquiries and providing updates on order status.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasting.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including tracking sales trends and managing reordering.
Assist in product launches and promotions, ensuring sales teams have necessary materials and resources.
Sales Meetings & Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
Prepare materials, agendas, and other documentation for meetings and events.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, product feedback, and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
